La’Kieta has been a massage therapist for 7 years, graduating from the Onondaga School of therapeutic massage. From then, she began her career working free lance & continued her studies in exercise science. With her passion for wellness she has also traveled to the U.S. and Canada learning techniques like Cupping, PRRT, myofascial release & lymphatic drainage.  For clients that know and love her know her for her deep tissue techniques!
